Ben Groves, MLD

Offering a wide variety of design skills, Ben Groves, MLD, brings an abundance of design experience to our team. His training combines practical, on the job experience with a Masters of Arts Degree, in Landscape Design from the Conway School of Landscape Design.

Focusing on environmental friendly landscapes, Ben likes to incorporate art, science, and engineering to solve the design challenges of complex landscapes. From small courtyard projects, to large estate planning, Ben's training and experience enables him to incorporate both the hidden components and the necessary functions to create your new landscape.

Each design is hand drawn and individually crafted according to your site. Using a design method that critically analyzes the on and off site conditions, landscapes designed by Ben, are then both functional and beautiful. The components of your new landscape are selected by evaluating the elements: Sun and wind, exposure, slopes, moisture availabilities, long and short views, and existing interests, including indigenous plant materials and their bloom times.
